        "Adding a home, a client, an agreement or a billing line now empties the form for the next one, so several can be typed in a row without clearing eleven boxes by hand between them. Anything refused — a missing ZIP, a short MA number — leaves what you typed where it is.",
        "Place of service and Line code are chosen from a list on the Homes tab instead of typed as two digits: 14 — Group home, and the other forty-nine. A home that came in from a workbook carrying a code the list does not have keeps it, and says so rather than being changed to something else.",

The spreadsheet lands in a Remittances folder beside your claim files. Every run says PASS or REVIEW REQUIRED, and one that needs your eye lists what to look at rather than presenting itself as clean.",
